Introduction


2D 재료 연구 분야에서 적층 구조 제작은 널리 주목받고 있습니다. 이러한 구조에서는 다양한 배열과 방향으로 층을 쌓을 수 있으며, 각 배열은 고유한 (잠재적으로) 흥미로운 물리적 또는 화학적 특성을 지닙니다. 당사의 전사 시스템은 육각형 질화붕소, 그래핀 등과 같은 스탬프를 기판 위에 정확하게 배치하도록 설계되었으며, 이 기판은 x, y, z축 방향뿐만 아니라 기울기 및 회전을 통해 서로 상대적으로 이동할 수 있습니다. 이를 통해 이종 구조 및 비틀린 적층 구조를 제작할 때 2D 결정 플레이크의 배열에 있어 최고의 자유도를 확보할 수 있습니다.

기판은 진공으로 고정되며 상온에서 200°C까지 온도 제어가 가능합니다. 컴팩트한 설계로 글러브박스 내부에 쉽게 설치할 수 있어 공기에 민감한 재료를 다룰 수 있습니다.

모든 시스템에는 긴 초점 거리의 대물렌즈를 갖춘 고해상도 현미경이 제공되며, 명시야/암시야 조명을 선택적으로 사용할 수 있습니다. 당사의 수동 시스템 중에는 순수 명시야 현미경도 선택하실 수 있습니다. 모든 현미경에는 스탬프가 새겨진 유리판을 통해 최적의 시야를 제공하는 보정 칼라 대물렌즈가 장착되어 있습니다.

당사는 완전 전동 시스템, 수동 시스템, 부분 전동 시스템을 제공합니다. 또한 기계 플랫폼의 구성이나 설정을 변경하거나 나노와이어 조작 장비를 추가한 맞춤형 전송 시스템도 제공합니다.

Fully motorized transfer system (HQ2D MOT)

Apart from loading the sample and mask, performing a transfer on this system is completely software controlled, making it ideal for use inside a glovebox to be able to work with highly sensitive materials. The dedicated HQ Graphene Transfer Stage program guides you through all steps in an intuitive manner, offering many useful features such as image saving, sample position storage and automatic focusing. All relevant actions and conditions are clearly monitored real time and can be adjusted using a mouse and keyboard or using the Xbox controller, for fast operation. 

This system is equipped with a dark field / bright field microscope supporting an extra camera for the wide field of view. We deliver the system together with a computer (excluding the screen) for maximum ease of installation.

Manual transfer system (HQ2D MAN)

The manual system is destined for those who prefer a compact design and a hands-on operation. The mechanical platform is controlled with micromanipulators with differential screws for the fine, critical adjustments. Heater, cooler and vacuum are touchscreen controlled and integrated together with the LED adjustment knob in a compact HQ Graphene control box. The microscope is equipped with oculars and a camera with imaging software.

We have several customized version of the two main (MAN for manual and MOT for motorized) transfer systems that we produce. The features and differences of the systems are explained in the table below.



Modified transfer systems
